It seems like all year I have a bunch of great ideas of gifts that I want to get everyone on my list. The ideas are creative, thoughtful, and unique to each person. But of course I don’t think to write them down because “I will totally remember them!”
Then December rolls around and I am stumped! If only I had some sort of Christmas gift guide to help me through this process…
Well look at that! I have one right here! This Christmas gift guide is a little selfish on my part because these are all things that I would love to find under the tree this year. (Will someone please forward this list to my hubby?)
But I am sharing in hopes that you have someone on your gift list this year that loves to be in the kitchen as much as I do. I am telling you, if you buy them anything off this Christmas gift guide they will be thrilled!
There is a little bit of everything in this Christmas Gift Guide for your mama chef. There are some kitchen toys that you can wrap up to put under the tree or a few smaller gift ideas that can be slipped in a stocking. AND they are all under $30! So what more could you really need!?
Christmas Gift Guide for the Mama Chef – all under $30!
Rubber Spatulas
Simple but a rubber spatula set is always needed on a daily basis in my kitchen. Having different sizes comes in handy on more than one occasion!
Dutch Oven
This particular dutch oven is a smoking deal and the color is beautiful. If you have made a little extra room in your budget, then take a look around Amazon because there are many options to choose from and you can’t go wrong when choosing. Dutch ovens are the perfect thing for making roasts and many other delicious treats like crispy artisan breads. This is a huge “wish” for this mommy chef!
Cake Stand / Punch Bowl / Display Bowl
You can probably tell from the name of this gift that this cake stand comes in handy in many occasions! It’s a beautiful display for that cake she worked so hard on. Once she flips the lid over it turns into a beautiful bowl that can be used for fancy drinks or a pretty layered dessert! I have wanted one of these since we got married…
Serving Platter Set
Having a set of matching platters makes hosting a dinner party a lot more fun! She works so hard creating a delicious meal and I can bet she would love to display her hard work on these beauties!
Pizza Stone
In our family we make homemade pizza all the time! It’s an easy meal to make and I know the entire family will devour it! Having one of these pizza stones takes the “made at home” taste up a notch!
iPad Stand
This is a need! Almost every single recipe I use can be found on Pinterest, which is why I am constantly using my phone or iPad when I’m cooking. Chances are, the lady cook in you life is exactly the same way! Making a slim, easy to store, iPad Stand the perfect kitchen accessory.
Cookie Sheet
You can never have too many cookie sheets! Between baking up sweets for dessert and getting dinner together, it always seems like I could use a few more on hand. I’m sure she would love a new set!
Large Cookie Scoop
Cookie scoops are the best invention in the kitchen gadget department! Rolling out the balls of cookie dough is the most tedious part of the baking process. But these large cookie scoops cut the prep time in half! You can get the scoops in three different sizes but large is my family’s favorite!
Grilling Smoker Box & Smoking Chips
If you have a griller in your family then she will love one of these grilling smoker boxes. No need to buy an entirely separate grill. Popping this under the lid of your BBQ will add so much flavor to whatever you decide to grill. Don’t forget the smoking chips to go along with it!
Large Muffin Pan
Muffins are the perfect accessory to breakfast, especially if your family is in a hurry in the mornings. They can be frozen and pulled out the freezer. Or they are the perfect touch of sweetness to add to your morning meal. These jumbo muffin pans are a fun way to fancy up breakfast!
I hope you found this Christmas gift guide helpful! Christmas is the time to enjoy your family and I hope that this list has helped ease some of the holiday stress on yourself and on your wallet!
