It’s always a bit of a time commitment to do a whole month of grocery shopping on at budget at once, but I am SO glad I do it. This month was actually a little bit easier now that my two older kids are back in school.
It’s still a little tiring however.

Before You Go Shopping…
Before you head to the grocery store to start your grocery shopping, whether you go weekly, monthly, or anything in between there are a few things you need to do in order to set yourself up for a successful trip.
- Make sure you have you cash envelopes ready.
- Pack snacks and/or lunch for the kids and for yourself.
- If you can leave the house somewhat clean, that’s a bonus!
- Don’t forget to empty the trunk so you have room for your grocery haul.
- Take a look through your favorite cash back app.
The Key to Grocery Shopping on a Budget!
You need to make sure that you are taking advantage of opportunities to save money! Duh, right?

September 2019 Grocery Haul
