How to Make the Best Brownie Recipe Ever

First you are going to start by making this super delicious Cocoa Brownie Recipe created by Alton Brown.  Let the brownies cool completely.

Now cover about 85% of the brownies with mini marshmallows. You don’t want to go the full 100% because the mallows will expand and overflow your pan creating a crazy mess that is really hard to clean up. Now let the marshmallows cool completely. This will only take about 10 minutes.

While the marshmallows are cooling you can mix together 3 cups of rice krispies, 12 oz of melted chocolate, 1 cup of peanut butter, and 2 Tbs. of melted butter. Now smooth this over the mallow layer.

Now you probably aren’t going to want to wait before you start cutting into these but you need to. If you don’t, it’s just going to turn into one mound of chocolaty ooey gooey goodness. So maybe that’s not so bad.

But if you do let them cool for a bit, maybe put them in the fridge for 30 minutes, then you will have a much easier time cutting and serving the best brownie recipe you will have ever eaten!
