Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

Spring time means lots of yummy fruits are going to be going on sale soon! Fresh produce can be fairly pricey if you buy when it’s not in season. So I look forward to those sweet seasons of fresh fruit every year where my favorites go on sale!

Lately I have been enjoying the crazy low prices for apples around here! I bought a bunch the other day for around $0.40 per pound! Such a great price! This week I found watermelon, pineapple, and bananas all on sale for really great pirces!

Now I have bunches of fruit sitting in my kitchen just waiting to be devoured. Our family typically will eat fruit plane and a-la natural. But every once in a while it is fun to dress it up a bit. That is where this cream cheese fruit dip comes into play!

This one is another crazy easy recipe, with it only needing just four ingredients! It takes less than 5 minutes to create. Which is really important because once you start mixing this together your family is not going to want to sit and wait.

How to whip together your cream cheese fruit dip

Start by creaming your cream cheese in the bowl of a standing mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.

Once that gets nice and soft, scrape the sides of the bowl then add in the sugar and vanilla. Mix really well until completely combined.

Pour into your serving bowl and top with toffee crumbs. I have tried mixing toffee crumbs into the dip itself but I didn’t like how the crumbs got soft. Leaving them on top keeps them crisp and adds a delicious crunch to the dip.

What will you be using the dip for? Apples and strawberries are my favorite fruit to dip. Any special occasion for your dip? Let me know in the comments below! Let’s chat!

This looks so good! I’ve made it before, but never with the toffee crumbs. Will definitely be a tasty addition!

This was actually my first time making it with toffee. I recently made it again but without the toffee and I was really missing it. You need to try it next time!
