This recipe happens to only have three ingredients that you probably have sitting in your kitchen right now. So the urgency in your craving is no problem!
Don’t be fooled by the lack of ingredients in this recipe, this is actually one of my favorite recipes for peanut butter cookies! Not kidding! It’s also a really good recipe to bring to an event if you know that someone can’t have gluten because there is no flour in the recipe!

3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until combined.
Scoop 1-2 inch balls of dough onto a pan prepared with parchment paper.
Flatten cookies a bit with criss crossing with a fork. (See video above)
Bake for 9-12 minutes, until the bottom edges of the cookies begin to turn light brown.
